Breathe Bravely's first-ever Crêpes for a Cause was a truly memorable evening wrought with meaning and inspiration which raised over $11,000 - inspiring an impact that will greatly effect the lives and voices of those with cystic fibrosis through the life-giving work of Breathe Bravely.
A special thanks to M.B. Haskett for hosting this incredible evening and making this meaningful evening come to life - made extra special by the fact that the first conversation of Breathe Bravely becoming an official nonprofit began at a small corner table several summers ago in that very space over one of Ashley's favorites, a crêpe.
An event is just an event - it's the amazing people that fill its adorned walls and fill its room with beautiful laughter, generosity, and warmth that make it something so incredibly special. Thank you to our amazing guests for being a part of this beautiful night!
***A special thanks to Chef Michael Haskett and the M.B. Haskett staff, Fernson Brewery, Woodgrain Brewery, Becky & Dan Blue Vance & Jana Thompson with Jessup Cellars and Humanitas. Thank you for helping make an evening that will undoubtedly live with all whom were present for years to come. The evening would not have been possible without the passionate event committee, Maureen Janssen, the Breathe Bravely Board of Directors, Maren Engel, and the SD icon, Jim Woster who helped create such a memorable live auction. With a truly humbled heart, we are so grateful to you all!
We are already looking forward to next year’s event!
