Dana Konowal McNally
Dana is a professional dance instructor where she pours her heart and soul into sharing the beautiful gift of dance with others. She is a dancer, but also a mother and wife. Dana is a double lung transplant recipient who lives life with a heart of gratitude each and every day. “I will smile everyday and help others in need. I will spend time with the people I love most, and love deeper than I have ever before. I will sing at the top of my lungs and dance until I run out of breath. I will choose to laugh instead of cry, and I will live every day proud of what I have accomplished, and the person I have become. This road will never be easy or smooth sailing, but no road is. So I will use my gift and take an effortless deep breath knowing my donor is forever with me; and wherever this life may continue to lead me...I'm ready.”
Kate Raymond
With the passion of dance starting with lessons at 3, she has always incorporated dance into her life, whether it was through classes, musical theater, or her passion behind helping start and build a non-profit dance school in Central New Jersey. As the Program Manager and a Senior Teacher at Modern Motion, dance happens every day in Kate’s life, and she’s excited to see the joy of it coming out in her 3 1/2 year old son.
Beyond the dance school and her son, Kate lives with her loving husband, Isaac, and their rescue pup, Lola. She is also the Secretary on the Executive Board of Playhouse 22, a non-profit community theater, where she can be found wearing many different hats such as stage manager, choreographer, producer, etc. The arts, music, and dancing have always been a huge part of her life and she is always so happy when she’s able to jump into a new project.
